Admin sells products directly
Vendors sell their own products
Vendors currently manage their own delivery, packaging, and shipping
Vastrafit acts as an online marketplace connecting sellers and buyers
We are not responsible for:
Vendor fulfillment
Vendor delivery delays
Vendor product quality
Refunds or returns for vendor-managed products
However, we support dispute resolution between customer and vendors
3. User Eligibility
To use our platform:
You must be 18 years or older
You must provide accurate account information
You must not engage in fraud or misuse of the platform
We may suspend or terminate accounts found violating our policies.
4. Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
Maintaining account confidentiality
All activities under their account
Providing accurate and updated information
Vastrafit is not liable for unauthorized account access caused by user negligence
5. Product Listings & Information
Products displayed on the website are listed either by:
The Admin, or
Independent Vendors
We strive for accuracy, but:
Colors, material, and sizes may vary
Vendors are responsible for listing correctness
Errors or inaccuracies may occur
We reserve the right to correct or remove listings without notice.
6. Orders & Payments
Once an order is placed:
You agree to pay the displayed price
In case of payment failure, the order may be cancelled
Prices, taxes, and fees may change anytime
Payment Processing:

We do not store full payment information

Dispatch timeline

Shipping delays
Delivery failures
Courier issues
Wrong or damaged deliveries made by vendors
In future, Vastrafit may add its own logistics support
8. Return, Replacement & Refund
Return/Refund policies differ for:
Admin-sold products
Vendor-sold products
For vendor products:
Each vendor sets their own return policy
Customers must follow vendor-specific rules
Vendor approves or rejects the request based on their policy
Vastrafit is not responsible for:
Vendor refund delays
Vendor refusals
Wrong or defective items sent by vendors
Lost or damaged return shipments handled by vendors
However, platform support will assist in case of disputes.

Vendors must:

Handle orders, packaging, shipping, and returns
Maintain quality and service standards
Follow laws related to e-commerce and consumer protection
Set their own shipping and return policy clearly
Violation may result in penalties or account suspension.

Create multiple fake accounts
Misuse reviews or ratings
Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior

We do not control their terms, performance, or privacy practices.
