Return & Replacement Policy (Professional – Multi-Vendor Platform)

1. Overview

Vastrafit is a multi-vendor marketplace where both the Admin and independent Sellers list and sell products.
Each product is sold, packed, shipped, and fulfilled directly by the respective vendor (seller).
As of now, Vastrafit does not provide delivery or logistics services. Vendors manage their own delivery and pickup.

All return, replacement, and refund requests are handled according to the individual vendor’s policy, unless the product is sold by Vastrafit (Admin).


2. Return Eligibility

A product may be eligible for Return or Replacement if:

  • It is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • The wrong product or size was delivered
  • Product is missing accessories or items shown on the listing
  • The vendor’s return window is still valid (usually 2–7 days from delivery)

Note:
Products used, washed, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return or replacement unless specifically stated by the vendor.


3. Return/Replacement Process

Step 1:

Raise a return or replacement request through your Order page within the vendor’s allowed time.

Step 2:

Your request will be reviewed by the vendor with supporting evidence (images/videos).

Step 3:

If approved, the vendor will coordinate pickup/return shipping.
(Currently, vendors manage shipments and pickups on their own.)

Step 4:

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the vendor will approve replacement or refund as per their policy.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed directly by the vendor who shipped the product.

Refunds may be issued if:

  • A return is approved
  • Vendor cannot provide replacement stock
  • The order is cancelled due to seller unavailability

Refund Mode:

  • UPI
  • Bank Transfer
  • Wallet Refund (if applicable)

Note: Vastrafit acts only as a marketplace and is not responsible for vendor-issued refunds, delays, or disputes.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene or seller restrictions, including:

  • Innerwear & lingerie
  • Cosmetics
  • Personal hygiene items
  • Used or washed clothing
  • Custom/altered products

Each product page may mention additional non-returnable conditions.


6. Vendor Responsibility

Since Vastrafit currently does not handle logistics:

  • Vendors must ensure safe and timely delivery
  • Vendors must clearly state their return & replacement policy on listings
  • Vendors are responsible for pickup and return shipping
  • Vendors must process refund/replacement within the promised timeline

Failure to comply may result in account restrictions or removal from the marketplace.


7. Platform (Vastrafit) Responsibility

Vastrafit ensures:

  • Genuine vendor onboarding
  • Secure payment gateway
  • Customer–vendor communication support
  • Dispute resolution support (where needed)

Vastrafit does not handle:

  • Packing, shipping, or delivery
  • Direct refunds for vendor products
  • Physical quality checks of products

8. Dispute Resolution

If a vendor denies a valid claim or delays the refund unreasonably, customers may escalate the issue to Vastrafit Support.

Our team will mediate between both parties for a fair resolution.


9. Future Update

We are working on launching Vastrafit Delivery Service soon.
Once live:

  • Return pickups
  • Replacement deliveries
  • Vendor shipping
    Will be handled by our logistic partners.
