At Vastrea Fit Clothing, we connect you with trusted fashion vendors from across India. Each vendor operates independently and may have their own return and refund policies. Please review the vendor-specific terms before placing your order.
🔁 1. Return Eligibility
Return and refund policies vary by vendor.
To check the eligibility for a return, visit the product page or your order summary — the vendor’s return terms will be mentioned there.
In general, returns are allowed if:
The product is unused and in original condition
Return request is made within the vendor’s return window
All original tags, packaging, and invoice are available
🚫 Non-Returnable Products
The following items are usually not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective:
Innerwear, swimwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items
Customized or made-to-order products
Final sale / clearance products

🛠️ 2. How to Request a Return or Refund
Log in and go to My Orders
Click on the item you want to return
Submit a Return/Refund Request
Your request will be forwarded to the respective vendor
The vendor will review and respond as per their policy
If approved:
Pickup will be arranged by the vendor or courier partner
The product will undergo a quality check
💸 3. Refund Process
Once the vendor approves and confirms the return, a refund will be initiated.
Refund timelines and methods (to bank, wallet, or original payment mode) depend on the vendor’s processing.
Refunds usually take 5–10 working days after product pickup and approval.
🔁 4. Exchange Policy
Some vendors may offer size or color exchanges.
Exchanges are subject to availability and vendor policy.
If an exchange is not available, the vendor may issue a refund instead.
⚠️ 5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Report it within 48 hours of delivery
Attach clear photos of the item in the return request
Vastrea Fit Support will assist in resolving issues directly with the vendor
📌 6. Vendor Responsibility
Each vendor is solely responsible for managing returns, refunds, and quality checks.
Vastrea Fit acts as a facilitator, ensuring vendors follow standard marketplace policies.
In case of unresolved issues, our support team will mediate on your behalf.
